SELECTED WORK

Problems, and what happened to them.

Client names are confidential — the problems are real. Most of this work lives where the web meets a CRM, a payment gateway, or a data pipe that somebody gave up on.

HIGHER ED · CRM INTEGRATION

Ninety forms, one pipeline

A public university had inquiry forms scattered across ninety-plus department sites, each feeding the CRM differently — or not at all. We built a single relay: every form posts to one endpoint that dedupes contacts, preserves source attribution, scores spam, and writes to Salesforce in near real time.

Form-to-CRM latency went from a day to under a minute, and marketing finally trusts the source data.

E-COMMERCE · SECURITY

Stopping a live carding attack

A university store was being used to test thousands of stolen cards. IP blocking failed — the attacker rotated through residential proxies. We shipped a content-scoring guard that evaluates each order on what it is rather than where it came from.

The attack ended overnight. No legitimate order has been falsely declined since.

ADVANCEMENT · DATA

A directory that respects its API

An alumni association wanted a searchable member directory, but the donor CRM’s API is slow and rate-limited. We cache the constituent data nightly into SQLite and serve search from the edge of shared hosting.

Sub-second search over tens of thousands of records, with zero daytime API load.

PUBLISHING · AUTOMATION

The handbook that prints itself

A living policy handbook lived in WordPress, but compliance needed a print-ready, accessibility-tagged PDF. We automated the whole run: headless Chromium renders every article, a merge pass assembles the book, and cron ships it weekly.

Zero hands touched a PDF since launch.

MARKETING · ANALYTICS

Attribution that adds up

Ad platforms grade their own homework. We built a nightly collector that pulls raw spend and conversion data from the Meta and Google APIs into one local store, reconciles view-through inflation, and reports what a dollar actually did.

One number per campaign that survives cross-examination.
